Reorganized "Suzuki Tokushu Inki Kenkyusho" ("Suzuki Special Ink Research Center") into a stock corporation, "Tokushu Shikiryo Kogyo Co., Ltd." First Used pigments as lacquer colorants.

| 2003 | Changed the company name to "TOKUSHIKI Co., Ltd." Built a new main plant in the current location and moved the equipment from the previous plant to the new one. |

Acquired an area adjacent to the main plant and constructed a second manufacturing plant for the colorant used in LCD color filters. |
