Reorganized "Suzuki Tokushu Inki Kenkyusho" ("Suzuki Special Ink Research Center") into a stock corporation, "Tokushu Shikiryo Kogyo Co., Ltd." First Used pigments as lacquer colorants.

| 1983 | Pioneered a surface treatment agent for olefins (used in automobile interiors). |

| 2003 | Changed the company name to "TOKUSHIKI Co., Ltd." Built a new main plant in the current location and moved the equipment from the previous plant to the new one. | 
| 2005 | Acquired an area adjacent to the main plant and constructed a second manufacturing plant for the colorant used in LCD color filters. | 
| 2006 | Developed colorants for black matrix. | 
| 2008 | Developed UV coating agents for optical films. |
