What is a Functional Dispersion?

Near-infrared transmissive black dispersion
This dispersion is a fine-grained pigment that has two characteristics: black and transmits light in the near-infrared region. Therefore, it is possible to sense light in the near infrared region while having a function of hiding the base and light shielding. Another feature of this product is its compatibility with polyurethane resins, acrylic resins, ester resins, and other resins, as well as with various solvents and water. It is suitable for use in black paint or inks for electronic materials, black resists, IR sensors, etc.

UV(ultraviolet) transmissive black dispersion (under development)
This dispersion is a fine-grained pigment that has two characteristics: black and UV transmissive. Therefore, it is possible to sense UV and cure UV while hiding the underlayer and having a light-shielding function. One of the features of this product is its compatibility with polyurethane resins, acrylic resins, ester resins, and other resins, as well as with various solvents.
These products are suitable for use as black paints or inks for electronic materials, black resists, UV curable inks, and UV sensors.

Inorganic filler dispersion(under development)
Inorganic fillers (inorganic oxides) with various functions are uniformly dispersed.
It is expected that the functions of each inorganic filler will be easily exhibited by adding only to the base paint, coating agent, viscosity, and adhesive. In addition to the following types of inorganic fillers, the dispersion of various inorganic fillers can be examined as required.

Conductive carbon dispersion liquids
Conductive carbon dispersion liquid is composed of carbon pigments dispersed in a dispersion liquid/solvent without using resins.
They are therefore compatible with many different resin solutions including urethane, acrylic, vinyl chloride and alkyd, as well as various solvents. They are capable of adding conductivity to objects to be molded or coated using them.

Insulating Carbon Dispersion Liquids
The products provide high insulation capability despite the nature of carbon black. It is an insulating carbon dispersion in which carbon pigments are dispersed in dispersant/solvent. They are compatible with many different resin solutions including urethane, acrylic and polyester, as well as various solvents.

Conductive Titanium Oxide Dispersion(under development)
This is a conductive titanium oxide dispersion that uses no resin and disperses titanium oxide with a dispersant and solvent. It is compatible with various resin solutions such as polyester, urethane, and acrylic, and various solvents, and it is possible to impart conductivity to a molded body or an object to be coated using them.

Carbon Nanotube(CNT) Dispersion(under development)
This is a dispersion that uses no resin and disperses carbon nanotubes (CNTs) with a dispersant and solvent. Therefore, it is compatible with various resin solutions such as urethane, acrylic, fluorine, and polyester, and various solvents, and it is possible to impart conductivity to a molded body or an object to be coated using them.

Photocatalytic Titanium Oxide Dispersion(under development)
This is a dispersion that can be mixed with water-based coatings at any ratio. Addition allows the resin to have self-cleaning properties . It is highly transparent because it is microparticulated
