Self-healing paints

 They instantly repair and restore surfaces by protecting them from minor damage or scratches. They have excellent film flexibility and provide the best top coating to areas susceptible to cracks. We offer a full lineup of functionalizing paints: anti-stain paints capable of repelling permanent marker inks; light-resistant heat-curable paints; solventless paints that eliminate the need for drying steps; matte paints with the capability of making fingerprints less visible; and highly anti-wear, abrasion-resistant paints that specifically resist steel wool. In addition, slippery paints, which are balanced among self-healing, hardness and elongation capabilities, are now available.

 The materials have the high elasticity typical of rubber products, with a surface with a high-density mesh structure. The structure allows the paints to prevent damage from fine cuts and impact by denting and then elastically recovering and preventing scratches. We design resins in-house to provide the desired resilience and quick recovery.

The UV-curable products quickly cure at low temperatures. In addition to their energy-saving profile, they are suitable for materials with poor heat resistance.

The product has superior adhesiveness to poorly adhesive base materials including metal and glass. It also has good adhesiveness with our different kinds of self-healing paints over different grades; UV and heat-curable paints.
