Because of its flexibility, it can be applied to urethane-based films.Flashlights with curved surface shapes, as well as light-emitting and display devices with enhanced design and anti-glare properties, can prevent damage and deterioration of the light source cover.

Anti-fog coatings(under development)

Anti-fog coatings refer to coatings that make the surface hydrophilic with a low contact angle between the coating and water. TOKUSHIKI's anti-fog coatings are resinous and thermoset coatings. This coating agent has a low contact angle to water, so water spreads on the coating film without water droplets, and antifogging properties can be expected. Due to its self-healing property, it is superior in scratchability to similar acrylic paint films.

It is a non-hazardous material due to its water dissolving type. It is very easy to handle (transport and storage of paint, etc.) compared to solvent-based and monomer-diluent coatings. Because of its good adhesion and thin film type, it can be used with shorter drying time and ultraviolet radiation dose. Due to the high concentration type, various additional functions can be added depending on the application (functional coating agent for each application is under development)


 

Zirconium Oxide High Refractive Index Coatings(under development)

Since the ratio of zirconium oxide is about 80% in terms of resin ratio, a high refractive index can be expected.
Various properties can be imparted depending on the type of filler such as resin and metal oxide to be added.
Excellent handling due to high filler concentration and low viscosity.
