What is black AG coatings?(under development)
Black AG coatings are used for LED lamp covers and film coatings for protection of the sensor luminescence, which require designability, and coatings for anti-sight films for smart device applications.It is believed that conventional black AG coatings often disperse ordinary carbon pigments, but TOKUSHIKI black AG coatings we introduce here use special raw materials to increase the concealability with a small amount of additives.
This makes it possible to achieve a balance between concealing property to the basement and light transparency, making the presence of the lamp less noticeable when not lit in LED lamp covers, etc., and making the light transparent when lit, so we can expect the width of the design to be widened.
In addition, TOKUSHIKI black AG-coating agent provides flexibility to the resin. This makes it possible to follow various designs as well as to prevent scratches.
